I have one that I have made FOR EVER it seems like. everytime I make it I get so many yummy compilments. I always get requests to make it. here ya go, let me know if you like it....

cookie...
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. 2 tbsp. butter (softened)
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. almond extract
3 c. plus 6 Tbsp. of flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt

*cream together butter and sugar until a little fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then exract. Blend in dry ingredients and mix well. chill for one hour( id ont always chill for an hour. sometimes its easier to spread on the pan when its warmer). Preheat oven to 375, spread dough evenly onto a jelly roll pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until top is slightly golden.

Frosting:
12 oz of cream cheese
20 oz of cool whip
2 Tbsp. of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tsp. of almond extract
*take out cream cheese about an hour before use so it is soft. I put the cream cheese in the mixer and just blend it up before I add the whip cream. I will add the whip cream about 1/2 c. at a time so it blends in nicely without clumping up.Then the sugar and extracts. Put on the cookie when it has cooled. I top with strawberries, raspberries and bananas usually. For the 4th of July one year I made the flag out of blueberries and strawberries.
Let me know how you like it!!!
